Charlies_Angel asked:

Me and the person I love so much no longer see eye to eye. I had to part with him the other day because I’m so frustrated with arguing and not being happy anymore. I didn’t know how to tell him personally because we got into an argument and I just walked out. I later came back with a card from hallmark that said goodbye with a nice note explaining why we needed to go our separate ways. Even though it felt like the right thing to do, I miss him and want to know what are some steps to move on because I know things won’t get better and I’m fed up with trying. I’ll greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

There is no easy way. It takes time.

The cure for getting over someone is time. I who was in the same situation except with a girl, had to get over her. I had no choice. In time you will get over the person but the thing that helped me the most are my friends. Go out with your friends have fun and forget about him. Eventually you just won’t care. Friends can be a powerful cure, just make sure to be with friends you trust and know how you feel.

Its really not easy you have to grow out of the love you had for him sometimes the love will never go away! Give it time you guys just probably need space! But a few things you can do to forget about him is go party with the girls ,flirt with some cute guys, and just go and have fun!

I appreciate your situation, and you did the right thing…if not the right way….a card? Come on!

But seriously, no-contact for a while, work on you, find things to do, and enjoy life. Somethings weren’t meant to last….find one that is
