I’m assuming you mean their star/snowflake annual ornaments. 1991 was the first year. Swarovski started a collection series of Stars and Snowflakes. All odd years (1991, 93, 95, 97, 99, 2001, 2003) are Stars. All even years (1992, 94, 96, 98, 2000, 2002) are Snowflakes.
Here is a link to a site that carries them. I have to tell you, the old ones are very expensive. Maybe you can find it cheaper than on this site, but at least you know what to look for! Good luck!
